PLANT BASED INDIAN LUNCH

Cook along and enjoy an entire Indian lunch at the end of the class with me!

THIS CLASS IS FOR BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE LEVEL STUDENTS.

A menu full of great flavor combinations and an emphasis on seasonal eating, we will make the following dishes:

Pink split lentils- "Masoor dal" with tempering
Stir fried cabbage and peas- "Patta gobhi matar"
Cumin rice- "Jeera pulao"
Cucumber Raita- "Kheera raita"

Ingredient list and prep list will be provided to all the participants ahead of time and I encourage you to cook along during the class.
