30 Minute full body HIIT workout (no weights required)

Hello all! Who doesn't want to stay in shape even while we are confined to our home? With all parks and beaches shut down, now is an even better time to sign up for my classes!

No weights necessary! I will give you a full cardio/core/muscle toning session in 30 minutes! All you need is a clear space, a mat or towel, and some motivation that I will provide!

  • Classes will be at 12PM and 4PM PST EVERY DAY depending on who signs up (also open to a 10am class)
  • 8 people cap per class (first come, first serve)
