Oatmeal-Honey-Almond Butter Muffins

These muffins are packed with flavor—almond butter, oatmeal, honey (no added sugar), spices, and whole-wheat flour. They're sweet without being too overwhelming, and make for a great snack or breakfast. Freeze for up to 3 months!

In this class, we'll make these muffins together and you'll get to decorate however you want: Sprinkles, fruit slices, chocolate chips, coconut, it's your choice! The batter is versatile to fit your tastes.

Whole-wheat, all-purpose, or spelt flour
Baking powder
Ground ginger
Unsalted butter
Canola oil
Crunchy almond butter
Large eggs
Sliced plums, unsweetened coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, and sprinkles, for topping
