Galettes are free-form, rustic tarts where the dough is folded up around the filling. They can be savory or sweet and in this class, you'll learn how to make both!
You'll first make the base dough and use that to create both galette versions. Be ready to use your hands :) Galettes will be miniature to cut down on baking time.
Rolling pin (or wine bottle)
Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
Flour (or alternative flour)
(for sweet galette) Fruit of your choice and sugar
(for savory galette) Mushrooms, cheese, herbs (can modify)
